During my bachelors, I created an online tutoring platform to help my fellow students. When I sold my first subscription, I was hooked. Creating something people are willing to pay for by "editing some textfiles" was/is just incredible to me.
Currently I am working on Studymaniac, the next-generation study platform for students (at the moment only in Germany). One problem of my users was the immense effort needed to create videos to explain subjects. Therefore I developed the most easy to use video editor that enables my users to better maintain videos and even collaborate on them like you would on a google doc. After the effort of an intern at Studymaniac, we extracted our editor into a solo SaaS-product called Vidify (https://vidify.cloud) that is free to try out!
